The Orlando (FL) Sentinel (9/8) reports the Florida Supreme Court declined to hear a case challenging a teachers’ pay law as unconstitutional for giving too much power to the Florida DOE. The justices did not detail their reasoning. The previous state court of appeal upheld the law in a 10-3 decision.
