Arizona Schools Striving To Upgrade Wireless Capability.

Arizona Public Media (9/15) reports that with many Arizona schools now using iPads in the classroom, school districts are rushing to upgrade wireless capability. Network access “can be slower and bottleneck the system” with hundreds of students online simultaneously. Crane Elementary School District grant writer Trina Siegfried said, “AT&T invited us to write a grant for cellular data service on the iPads. So we are waiting to get final word whether we have been awarded that or not. But Apple was gracious enough to provide us with cellular enabled devices for all of our students.”
