Study: School Districts With More Minority Students Get Less Funding Even While Controlling For Income.

The Atlantic (9/30, White) reports a study by data scientist David Mosenkis found that Pennsylvania school districts with large numbers of minority students receive less funding than those with more white students. Mosenkis controlled for income, and still found the same pattern. The same pattern might be found in other states.
