Michigan Schools Experimenting With Blended Learning

The Port Huron (MI) Times Herald (4/30, Garcia) reports that a number of schools in and around Marysville, Michigan, are "exploring blended-learning classes this year," using Moodle, "a program that allows students to work online from home." The article describes blended learning as letting "students work in the classroom and online," noting that this "can vary from students attending an actual class a few times a week to students viewing the lesson online at home and doing more hands-on work in the classroom."
