Dead Sea Scrolls will be available online

In a project that mixes 21st century technology with one of the world's ancient treasures, the Israel Antiquities Authority and Google have announced a plan to digitize the Dead Sea Scrolls and make the entire collection available to the public online, according to an article by Kevin Flower on CNN.com. Comprising 30,000 fragments from 900 manuscripts, the Dead Sea Scrolls are among the most important archaeological finds ever made.
